Elite Power secured his first win since coming to Singapore last start and will look to build on that effort when he lines up in the Kranji Stakes B (1000m) on the Polytrack tonight.
The Mark Walker-trained runner who has shown good ability in four Singapore runs came from midfield to run out a one and a half length winner in a class 3 earlier this month.
There was a lot to like about that win and despite a poor showing two starts prior when having excuses, the former UK runner has featured in the money his other three outings.
Drawn nicely in barrier three today with Vlad Duric going on board, Elite Power looks very well suited against his rivals today and should a lovely spot in running throughout.
Despite stepping up in class today Elite Power has been very good his last two outings and there is no reason he can’t go on with it today against these.
Speedy three-year-old Mokastar shapes up as the main danger, coming into the race with a terrific career record.
Winning a Class 3 over 1100m two starts back, Mokastar then went on to finish midfield in a fairly strong Stakes B race won by Skywalk in the end but Mokastar was in the market and only three lengths away.

The Ricardo Le Grange-trained runner is certainly up to this level and capable of much more than he produced last start over the 1100m.
Autumn Rush comes out of the same race when fourth before going on to run third behind Jupiter Gold in a Kranji Stakes A over 1200m last start.

Main concern appears to be where he gets to from the inside barrier however he tends to get to the line very strongly and there should be enough speed on up front for him to hit the line well.
Marine Treasure rounds out the main chances not too far away in some stakes races his last couple.
Finished runner up to Mr Luck in a Kranji Stakes C two back before a handy run for fifth in a Stakes B last time out over 1100m.
Tends to do his best racing over the 1000m trip and from barrier 4 today he will push forward and take plenty of running down.
Good luck!
